An error occurred while updating Betheme: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

Disabling Maintenance mode…

All updates have been completed.

I keep receiving this error message when I try to update to the new install. I current have 20.9.4 installed and want to update to 21.2.5. 

Any help please.
