Unable to update BeTheme automatically

Hello. I seem to be unable to update BeTheme automatically.  The error I receive is: An error occurred while updating Betheme: The package could not be installed. The package contains no files.  Do you have any idea why that would be or how I could fix this?  Thank you!

Hey, this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain. Please use the license manager to handle your license keys: http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest

If you see (on our license manager) that your license key is registered on a single domain, then please disable all of the plugins and deregister that license key (through the BeTheme > Dashboard)

After that, get into the license manager once more, if the license key is still claimed - deregister it, if it’s not, register it again on your domain (through the BeTheme > Dashboard) and try to update your theme/plugins couple of times (usually it pass after 2-3 attempts) - remember, all of the plugins have to be disabled.

So, I see the problem after going to license manager.  I had a test site http://new.dulaneyvalley.com before the site went live https://www.dulaneyvalley.com/ (we had an existing site we were redesigning using BeTheme).  The license seems to still be connected to the test site, not the live site we have now.  Does that seem like the reason for my error message?

Sorry I am confused.  Knowing this, what are the steps I need to take. I want to just change the site registered to the license key.  How do I do that in this scenario?  Thanks.

If you are having issues with deregistering your license key, want to
manage your license key or most important, you want to deregister a
website that has been removed without deregistering it first, head to

I am nervous to deregister because I don't understand what will happen with my theme options when I do so. Can you tell me the best way to avoid losing my settings in theme options? I want to deregister new.dulaneyvalley.com and keep that license and all the theme options but switch it to https://www.dulaneyvalley.com.  Will I lose anything?  Do I have to pay for a new license or will the license just be transferred to https://www.dulaneyvalley.com?  Is this something that can be done on your end or through envato market, where I bought the theme?  Thanks.

I went ahead and deregistered the test site and registered the actual website with the same purchase code.  All is good.  Thanks!
