yes! If You go to wordpress>betheme>install plugins, You will see that there is a plugin called "duplicate post". Install and activate. It does not work for the portfolios out of the box so you have to edit the options of the plugin, and in the permissions tab, select the portfolio custom post type.
Then you will be able to clone portfolios from the main portfolio list ( hover oer the titles)
