BeTheme Dashboard says Registration limit exceeded, but purchase code isn't registrered

Dear Support!

When trying to register the Theme I am getting the error "Registration limit exceeded…". But when looking after at your special licenses page api.muffinforum.com/licenses/ I can see, that this particular purchase code isn't registered. 

Could you help please?
