Multiple Markers on Advanced Map Not Working

I'm trying to add multiple markers to the Map Advanced, but the map isn't showing (no error messages, it's just not showing at all). Per the instructions, I'm entering the Lat, Long, and Icon URL. I've tried to coordinates with two digits after the decimal place, as well as all the digits and can't get it to work either way.
