cant send emails - possible duplicate license after test server setup

We have a license for the Be theme and setup a atest server and it ;ooks like we forgot to derigerter the theme before moving to a new server wit the liver site.

The URL of the test server:

Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: autosmartglasgow-co-uk.stackstaging.com

Any ideas how we may deregister from the old site we have no access now.

I managed to locate a plugin to help. Thats it sorted. 

The original problem of recaptcha not allowing us to send emails from the contact form still exisists. we thought it may be the license or the updates but as it turns out its recatcha. wehn we send emails we see an orange erro message.

The error box is orange that marks the email as spam. Any ideas why this may be happening. The email is

Hi,

Please disable all of the plugins (leave the contact form plugin only), clear the cache and check if the issue still exists.

Also, do you use the Contact Form 7 plugin?

I will try that tonight. Yes we are using contact form 7. Later tonight when the traffic is low I will mess around and report back.
