how to remove theme footer space and just have widget space?

Hi I need to remove the theme footer space that contains the copy right section and just have the footer widgets. I also want to know the css code to set size of these widgets in the footer.

Thankyou for the fast respond, it works, i also need to set padding of the widget, as you can see in the image, sorry i cant past the url as i have disabled this for now as my client didnt like it

Sorry, but I have to take a look at it live, because I do not know what can be creating that padding.

I have to inspect that.

Also, did you decrease the padding value below default value in Theme Options > Footer?
