Portfolio Description - Where do the TASK and CLIENT information show??

We need to know how to show the portfolio description information (client and task) 

We have this info inputted on the single portfolio post, but we do not see that it showing anywhere on the page. Please advise:

Hi,

To display these informations, your "Template" must be set to "Default Template", otherwise you have to do it by yourself using the "Muffin Builder"
