Need help on how to hide call to action button

Hi folks,

We are using the global "call to action" function under Options > Footer > Call to Action to install a JotForm button. However, we have recently set up a few new pages that we don't want to have this button show up on.

We have attempted to hide it by using custom CSS on the page, but setting .footer_action or a.button.action_button to display: none did not work. We're at a loss as to how to remove the CTA button without removing it globally and manually installing it on pages.

Hi,

To remove some element from the certain page, you have to check, what is the id of that page.

I mean, open the Developer Tools and inspect the body tag:

So, in that case, you should make a CSS code which will look like this:

body.page-id-163 .footer_action{display:none !important;}

We've added that code to the custom CSS for the page, but it did not remove the button.

But this "Circle" with mail is not coming from BeTheme.

It is some kind of third-party plugin which we do not support.

Hi Pablo,

It's a script from JotForm, but it's placed in BeTheme's "Call to Action" section, not a separate plugin.

If we remove the code from that section, it removes the button.

Do the same trick with body-page-id-123 (where number at end is id of page), but instead of .footer_action, provide a .jfFeedbackButton class.

We do not help with styling other plugins elements, but display:none rule is exception.
