Cannot upload pre-built theme

Hi there

on my blog www.the-jacobsohns.com I wanted to upload the prebuilt theme voyager which I did. But the pictures, movies, etc. did not come along with it. my media is empty.

I did some webpages already with prebuilt themes and it always worked super - just this time I have a problem.

Can you help me with it?

Please, go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health http://prntscr.com/nlyb22
2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab http://prntscr.com/nlybm2
3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab http://prntscr.com/nlybyr
Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.

Please use snag.gy or pasteboard.co to host the screenshot and send us the link to it.

Please contact your hosting provider and ask him about increasing the "Upload max filesize" to 32M.

It will not solve that problem, but it's necessary to change it - because later you can have problem with that.

Please, try to install your pre-built website one more time.

just changed settings (upload max file to 32m) and re-installed the site with the template voyager again...same result: media library is emtpy. I also tried another pre built website, also with this one the media didnt show up.
is there anything else that might is going wrong or is there a way you can do this upload for me (if there are any charges, I am happy to pay the of course), thx, Tanja

Could this maybe be the reason? in my other sites the

Ghostscript-Version is 9.27.

We were on your website and it looks like you're missing some permissions to /media directory.

I installed other demo with RevSlider and it downloaded the slider with images, but all images on /media are missing.

In this case, you should contact your hosting provider.

He should recognize the problem after looking at the logs - it looks like hosting problem.
