Pre-built websites installator is missing

I've been using this theme for several years now and want to give my website an updated look. I want to install a pre-built theme but your new pre-built installator is missing on my dashboard. When I select Discover pre-built websites I get an error that says "Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page."

Check, if you don't have "BeTheme pre-built website" option disabled in Theme Options > Global > Advanced
