Header Builder with Action bar WPML switcher

Hi,

I used Betheme and Header Builder.

I would like to know if I can add a WPML language switcher in Action bar with Header Builder?

I don't see widget to do this.

thank you, but I would like Search field on left and Switcher on right. With Extras item I have both in the same area.
