Possible problems with emails

Hi Guys

Im not sure if this is something we have done but recently we had an error showing when we tried to send emails. We got an orange box whxich suggested spam email. I have used the contact form 7 to send emails from the website.

I used the Google recaptcha and installed the API code via the plugin settings.

We noticed over the last few days the emails started to show an error. When I deleted this code which uninstalled recaptcha the emails started sending. Could you offer any advice on how we may be able to test the emails to make sure they are sending. Also to test recaptacha and suggest a fix.

Hey,

sorry but we cannot help with this one. It is all about the additional plugin/script installation and our knowledge is limited. From what I would suggest, You should contact your hosting provider and ask him if there are any mail related restrictions or check your recaptcha settings.
