Heading Can't Change Color

No matter what I do I cannot change the heading color on this page, something is forcing it to be blue.

For reference it's the SEND US AN EMAIL heading at the bottom of the page.
(The rest of the headings are currently the colors they're suppose to be, this one just needs to be white)

Hey,

please edit the column that this text was inserted into, there is a HTML notation <font color=....

Please remove that, and leave only the text inside the <h3> headings.

I don't have the color tag that's creating the blue coded in the column.

I'm assuming there's some kind of style override happening??

I did end up solving it, it was an unclosed font color tag from some text above!
