Hi there,

I tried to create my own google map on the contact page. I put in the coordinates from google maps and then pasted my API key into the them options > general > advanced section, but my map is not showing up...

Do you know why?

Hi,

Check if your API Key field does not have any blank spaces.

Also, please disable all of the plugins, clear the cache of your browser and check if the issue still exists.

Ok, I checked all of this.

There were no spaces in the API field.

I disabled all plugins and cleared the cache.

The issue still exists.

The error is "RefererNotAllowedMapError", which means that "The current URL loading the Maps JavaScript API has not been
added to the list of allowed referrers. Please check the referrer
settings of your API key in the Google Cloud Platform Console."

It looks like you didn't add the proper URL for the settings in the google maps settings.

The error is still the same, please be sure that your domain is properly set.

If it is, you should ask the google support about help because we tested it on our dev site and it works fine.
