Pre-built websites install gives 404 error

Whenever I try to install a pre-built website, it starts like the video tutorial show and then after a while I get a 404 page cannot be found error.  When I go to the site it appears that the site partially installed, but the landing page did not.

I have tried a few different times, resetting the database each time, with the same conclusion.

I dont' know where to look to give you any log information.  Not sure what is happening.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Can you contact your hosting provider and ask him about logs?

Also, did you try to reinstall WP and BeTheme from scratch?
