Hello,
you can create the following navigation menu with the BeThemes, as with this website: https://www.hoberg-driesch.de/en/

You scroll through the menu button "Company" and it opens below a field with photos and the menu "Company profile" or "History".

Sorry, but this website is not using a "BeTheme" so we cannot help you with that.

Also, If you would like to create this kind of menu, then you can use the "Mega Menu", it will be not the same but it's similiar.
