error updating WPBakery Page Builder: Incorrect license key

Hi we've purchased the theme

and WP bakery gives on update:

"An error occurred while updating WPBakery Page Builder: Incorrect license key."

Will not allow deactivation either. All Requirements met.

All of the bundled plugins have to be updated through the BeTheme > Install Plugins.

Try it, I assure it will work.

I just took this project. There are signs that the previous dev likely used a hacked version of your theme.

Since then, it was properly purchased.

Please advise best / easiest / fastest method to resolve. thanks!

I disabled all of the plugins and update ended succesfully.

One of your plugins is making the update manager work badly, please remember to disable all of them while updating the theme or plugins.

Ok I appreciate it. One thing.. you probably should restore the plugins after disabling.

That could cause big problems with a client (luckily this wasn't an issue here)
