Need help adjusting the main menu spacing and colors

I am trying to adjust the main menu but I'm having trouble. I attached an image showing the problem. I would like the menu layout to be like #1 and #2 is showing the current menu. I need to know how to fix the spacing and also how to add the orange color to the inactive links. I would also like to remove the grey line above the menu in version #2.

    Hi,
    Sorry, but we do not have this type of header/menu in our theme.
    To make it look like this, you have to make a lot of advanced css with media queries.

    Support on forum includes: Responding to questions or problems regarding the item and its features and fixing bugs and reported issues, not creating the customizations.

    Of course, we do help with CSS, but only with the simple ones, like changing colors of certain elements or hiding something. But not making the whole CSS codes.
