How do I remove all the space under the logo on mobile devices?

I want to remove all the space under the logo on mobile devices. I don't see a way under theme options. Can you please let me know how to fix it? I attached a couple images showing the problem.

Please go to the Theme Options > Header & Subheader > Header and select the "Minimalist ON" option or "Minimalist without Header Space" and check if the issue still exists.
