Footer image not responsive - how to make separate settings for mobile images

Hi all, I'm new to BeTheme and I was wondering why the image above the footer on the below doesn't work?

At the moment, on mobile you will see lots of padding - but this is because I had to use the 'contain' option for the image.

If I use any other option, the image isn't 100% width of the screen on mobiles, and you only see 1/4 of the width of the image.

But with contain, I can't seem to specify that on mobiles, I want no padding above/below the image.

Does anyone know how to fix this?
