cannot have access to maffin page builder from my website pages in order to process

my tamplate is betheme and i have choosen the architect 3 tamplate. I want to put on the site my own content and i cannot find the muffin buider in order to do this. On the other hand it is installed the wp bakery. I still have the same problem because i cannot control my pages and put my own content even with wp bakery. It always asks my to create a new page from scratch. Can you help me?

Is your BeTheme and WP up to date?

Did you test it with all of the plugins disabled?

Also, what is your PHP Version? It should be 7 or higher.
