BeTheme - Made a simple change then lost part of my layout!

Hi,

I hadn't touched my website layout or the Muffin Editor in 7+ months.

Just yesterday I went into one of the pages and used the Muffin Editor to make a simple drag and drop revision, just moved the order of the paragraph sections.

Then afterwords, I viewed the page and now all the content under the updated paragraph layout is missing!

The page just became broken!

Question: What went wrong, why did this error happen?

Question: Is there a way to get the content that was lost back?

Possible culprits: I have not updated by BeTheme or Wordpress in 9 Months, is that the issue?

Please provide us with your hosting environment settings, to do that please follow these steps:
1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health http://prntscr.com/nlyb22
2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab http://prntscr.com/nlybm2
3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab http://prntscr.com/nlybyr
Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.

Hi, need to upgrade to Wordpress 5.2 to see that Site Health option.

But will upgrading Wordpress mess up my website compatibility?

Nope.

If you're using the latest version of the BeTheme then it's necessary to update it.

Also, if you want to be 100% sure that you won't lose or it won't mess anything, please make a backup first using this plugin:

Please contact your hosting provider and ask him about increasing that value to 5000.

After that, everything will be okay.
