I've lost all the options!!!

Hi,

I would like to report a problem that keeps happening with me.

It appears in my screen this error: ERR_NETWORK_CHANGED

When I exit or refresh the page, I lose ALL the theme options.

It only happens when I'm editing the theme options.

At the first time (last week), I really lost everything. I came to this forum and sent a message for you, although you did not answered me.

I had to start building my website all over again!!

Fortunately, in the second time, I had a backup.

However, I am still very concerned. I don't want it to happen again! Please, help me.

Hi,

Please answer me a few questions:

1) Is your WP up to date?

2) Is your BeTheme up to date?

3) What is your PHP Version? It should be 7.0 or higher.

Also, if you're using a lot of third-party plugins, then it can be problem with them.

It's really common issue that not-supported plugins are making troubles with proper working of the theme.
