WP Bakery error while downloading

Hi! Good morning. 
We installed be theme and tried to install all the plugins in the bundle. It gives us this error while it's downloading wp bakery plugin
Download failed. cURL error 56: OpenSSL SSL_read: SSL_ERROR_SYSCALL, errno 10054

Kindly help. Thanks!

Hello,

all CURL errors, in this case error 56 are hosting issues. Please contact your hosting provider and ask him to check in the logs what is causing this issue and how we could fix it. It is somehow related to SSL.

sorry but we do not offer a phone support. As I said before, this CURL error is hosting related, we cannot do anything about that even if we would talk on the phone.
