Change featured image size

Hi! I'm trying to make featured image in single post fit the width of the content. As you can see in this image https://prntscr.com/ogw2ry the image width is smaller and I would like to be like the total blue line shown in the screenshot.
I hope you get my question (Sorry for my English)
