what do you mean exactly. Do you mean the menu height, or the text size?
If you want to increase the height, you can do that in theme options>global>logo.
If you change the logo height the menu will get bigger. If you do not want to change the logo size, you can increase the logo vertical padding value, it will create more white space above and below the menu items and the logo.
