Dear,

We have downloaded the pre-build website Design-3. We just started by edithing the contact part, but the menu doesn't work any more. We also tried to ad the word contact into the builder. But every time when we published the page, in the offer part the word gone. We also deleted the installation and made a re-installation. 

Are we doing something wrong?

do you mean that when you save the page, elements that are on the end of the builder start to dissapear?

What is exactly going on.

Hi Bryan, 

That is also a problem. When I am changing something and save the page. Things dissapear. Also when I am want to add a block to the page and add to MENU. It does not work. Everytime the MENU item in the block for the one-page dissapears.

Please provide us with your hosting environment settings, to do that please follow these steps:
1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health [Links visible only for registered users]
2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab [Links visible only for registered users]
3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab [Links visible only for registered users]
Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.

The problem is related to the not enough "Max Input Vars" value.

Please contact your hosting provider and ask him about increasing that value to min 5000.

After that, everything will be working fine.

Ok I increased it to 6000
But no i am not able to pusblish the page. It is saving but nog publishing. 
Uploading media is possible, but nog publishing pages.
