Issue with Progress Map Wordpress Plugin

Hello, I using Progress Map Wordpress Plugin and when i updated my betheme version to last 21.2.9 Version from left menu disappeared my Map Pin page where i had all my map pins (please check print screen: https://ibb.co/mNkmdp8 and help me to resolve this issue

Sorry, but we did not test this script/plugin with the theme. Our policy states that we do not support third party plugins or custom code so unfortunately, we cannot be of any help to you.

it is not plugin support, plugin support means if i activate plugin and cant use with your theme on front or in back, but if i have menu in my beck end where i have some important data theme should not disable it! please fix it as soon as possible!

especially when it works with previous version and not with new one.

You just have said that when upon updating the theme, the plugin stoped working. This must mean that there were some changes to the theme in that update that do not work with your plugin now.

If the plugin stopped working and it is not supported then we unfortunately cannot help you with this. We could not know what happened. You would be best off writing to the plugin author and maybe asking him what could be the reason.
