No more icons in icons bank

Hi,

When I create an icon box, I can't see any of the icons. I though it was matter of updates, so I updated everything (WP, BeTheme, plugins) but still no icons.

Hello,

you actually have two issues, one it that you are using autooptimize to minify JS files, please disable it for JS files. Only minimize CSS and HTML.

Second error is caused by CORS library which hasn’t been installed on your server.

More details about the CORS you can read on http://enable-cors.org/server.html but we recommend to contact with your server administrator this case because he will be able to help you for sure.

My server administrator told me they can't install CORS library because I am on a shared server.

But my wondering is why my server was ok but now it's not? Just updated theme and now my server is missing something?

I have also tried the other solution from the link (htacess, cache, etc). Still the same problem. And I am not using a CDN.

What can I do?

It could be the cache at the beginning.

Also, the CORS library is very important to make the BeTheme icon's work flawless.

If your hosting provider cannot enable them, then all what we can suggest is chaning the hosting provider. Our hands are tied in that case.
