Responsiveness on mobile not showing correctly

Hi, please help me with this page: http://thbsouthafrica.com/services/

When you view it on mobile it looks different then on the desktop. It should first show the picture, then the text of the Port Agent. Then the picture followed by the Shipbroker and so on. How can I do this correctly? TIA
