In the theme option I already have # radius1 {border-radius: 1em;}

yeah, you can use this for the zoom boxes images

.zoom_box { border-radius:15px; overflow:hidden;}

To do that, you have to create a custom css class (let's name it .border) with border parameter in Theme Options > Custom CSS & JS > CSS

Then, apply it in wrap with these items:
