Menu and font colours

Hi Betheme,

On this blog page. Is it possible to change the menu so it is always the sticky menu. Or is there a way I can put a coloured bar behind it. At the moment the menu isn't visible.

Secondly. Is it possible to change the excerpt color of the font here

At the moment it is white on white and you can't see it.

Hi,

1) To make it always "Sticky", you have to change the Header style to "Fixed"

Theme Options > Header & Subheader > Header

2) Please. paste that code into the Theme Options > Custom CSS & JS > CSS
