I'm trying to access the page api.muffingroup.com/licenses/ but when putting my code and my login it appears the following message: {"error": "No registered licenses for this purchase code and username"}. How can I solve this problem?

You can see that this issue is about connection timeout and the problem is not theme related. It is all about the hosting provider. He should already recognize and amend this issue by looking at the error message.
