Menu Hiding Top of Blog Posts

I searched but couldn't find an answer, so apologies if this is elsewhere.

The bottom of my menu is covering the top of my blog posts. How do I adjust?

Hi,

Please go to the Theme Options > Header & Subheader > Header

And change the "Minimalist" option to "ON" or "OFF"
