Sticky Header without resize

Hi

I want to keep the sticker header but without resize to be smaller. It
should stay the same size when a user scroll.

I have read of a possibility to put this on fixed. How does it work?

If you want to change your header to be always fixed, then you can do it by changing the header style in theme options > header & subheader > header

Change it to "Fixed"
