There is no dropdown option in Top menu

Dear Support team,

I find out that in the Top menu, we can't have a dropdown menu either for menu or WPML language switcher. why?

we need dropdown menu in top menu

Of course you can set it in the WPML settings.

Dear Pablo,

I know all about WPML, however your theme doesn't allow to have dropdown menu. even I have talked with wpmL support theme.

on the other side, for menu is same, we can't have dropdowm menu in the TOP MENU

You can have dropdown menu list in the WPML using BeTheme easily.

Please, go to the WPML settings and apply the "Language Switcher" for this menu.

Also, to be 100% sure, please set the "Dropdown | Flags" option in Theme Options> Header & Subheader > Extras

I think we misunderstanding each other. I all know about the process. please for a sec check what I write. 

in the Top manu it is not possible to have a dropdown menu. Pablo I am sure about what I am talking. 

you are explain how can I add the dropdown menu. I have already added in the dorpdown menu in the main menu bar. I AM telling you the TOP MENU. You can't. please understand me. your theme doesn't have the feature in the TOP menu to have dropdown menu. 

It is the Bug of your theme. check website now I have added the language switcher in the TOP menu and activate  Dropdown | Flags option in the theme option. but it shows the language switcher in the languge section and Top menu. and you can see the top menu langugae switcher is not drop down

The funny part, I cant have dropdown menu in the TOP menu at all, forget about language switcher of WPML

I am telling as a customer who helping, your theme  has many many bugs in the header section. Top menu and menu. 

I can show you all in the online session step by step if we have a screen sharing, I can explain and prove my words each of them

What do you mean by "TOP" menu.

Please show me it on the screenshot, if you mean the action bar it's also possible.

Also, these two first "links" you sent are the path to image on your local machine so it cannot be seen by me.

The dropdown menu in top bar is working fine, it's a basic functionality of Wordpress and we didn't change it in any way.

It must be the problem of some kind of your plugins or theme customizations.

Then I mean the Action bar. I mean there is a menu in the action bar in the right side. I can't have any dropdown menu there either WPML switcher or menu located in the action bar.

It is impossible by your theme. the menu was set up as you mentioned, however, I delete the menu and create the new menu called TOP MENU, then assign it to Social Menu Top. also I added langugae switcher to Social Top menu, it is not working. even I am sharing the screenshot with you. As you can see under about us, Contact us is there but not showing. the problem is your social top menu or action bar doesn't have dropdown feature interestingly. even WPML support told me

sorry I am telling that, but how your company NOT ware of this much bugs in your theme. I am telling you another problem. 

when I activate the the Betheme custome switcher Style, in the mobile it show is 2 place.

Hello,
it is normal that the action bar menu does not have a dropdown, when you were settings the menu location you could see the “depth 1” - this means that there are no dropdowns.

It would be best you set the languages side by side, not as a dropdown style.Mobile menu - please activate the minimalist option or use the dropdown menu style, not the side-slide.
You can set the minimalist option for mobile in theme options>reponsive>header - this will remove the language switcher from the header.
You can also set the drop down menu style which will only have the menu present.
