imposible to download plugins

Hi everyone, I just purchased Betheme (testing on localhost) and I am unable to download and install the premium plugins

BeTheme Header Builder
Layer Slider
Slider Revolution 
WPBakery Page Builder

always I get:  PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature
