Video autoplay with sound

I need a video to autoplay when my website loads, I am using the muffin builder video item which does autoplay but only when selecting the HTML PARAMETERS option "autoplay controls loop muted", my issue no other option like "autoplay" works which I want to use as there is also audio in my video.

Please advise.

Hi,
the autoplay function is disabled on most of the modern browsers these days. You can only autoplay videos without sound.
This is blocked by the browser and we cannot help you with this issue.
