Homepage does not update on mechanic 5 prebuilt theme

Hello can anyone help me, the homepage on mechanic 5 prebuilt them does not update after changes have been made, I thought it was a cache issue, i tried on another domain, but still the same thing, I also cannot export content from the home page. Please anyone with such peculiar issue and solution should help me out here.
