on your demo website different blog styles are shown like this one https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/theme/single-post-1/

Where can I choose the different styles.

In addition, is there a possibility (for example a shortcode) to ad style elements to the blog site for example a header image and headlines?

Hello,

No, you cannot add the shortcodes to the header.

To use the "Intro Header" type of blog style, just edit the single post and you'll find it in the page options.

I don't have this options even if I switch on all boxes (head of page).

Are you sure that you're editing the "POST" not "PAGE" ?
