Icons in the menu

C3_Lighting

I'd like to be able to insert menu items as icons in the main menu, there are plugins for this (such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/menu-icons/) however it seems like BeTheme prevents it from functioning. Is there any way to either override this or another way to get an icon into the menu like that? Please let me know if there is any more information needed.

Sorry, but we did not test this script/plugin with the theme. Our policy states that we do not support third party plugins or custom code so unfortunately, we cannot be of any help to you.
Also, we cannot recommend any plugins other than the ones we support. You can find the list on this page, in the sidebar:

There is no easy way to add custom icons into the betheme, you would have to edit theme files to upload more icons.
