also: how do I setup this tablet like yours https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/theme/pages/pricing/ to have a starting point?

Hello,

To achieve that table you shown on first screenshot, you have to make a lot of css customizations.

We do provide help only with minor tweaks, not whole css codes.

It's just a Pricing item, if it does not look the same as on example, just change the style to other of your website in Theme Options > Global > General
