Several of the key plugins gives this error message and I can not install the pre-installed websites.

The main plugins that are not installing for whatever reason -- are:
BeTheme header builder
layer slider
slider revolution
Wpbakery page builder

I need help or location to download a version that works... I have been spending many hours on this and it should not be.
I should be spending time customizing than trying to get these plugins installed .... 

please help
