Theme bug?

I tried to change the logo image of the contact part, but as a result of execution, the contact part displayed.

In addition to the contact part, the partners part and the FAQ part at the top of it also disappeared.

The theme is event4.

Please let me know how to fix it.

Hi,
Please always attach a link so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost) then our help will be limited, you will have to contact us when the page is online. Also please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.
It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot, for that use services like snag.gy or pasteboard.co

First of all, please check 01.jpg image.

When to change image at CONTACT corner.

To change logo image of "BE" on the right side of the CONTACT screen of 02.jpg image.

As the 03.jpg image tells, I would like to change to the image I prepared.

As 04.jpg, 05.jpg images tell, you change the image of upload URL.

You press 06,jpg's Save changes.

I clicked the "Update" button shown in 07.jpg.

When I did so, as 08.jpg shows, the "TICKETS", "PARTNERS", "FAQ", and "CONTACT" section disappeared.

As shown in 09.jpg, anything below the heading disappears as well.

Why?

How can I change the image without this happening?

3,4,5) Just remove the image by clicking "Remove Upload" link

Then, you will be able to select that image from "Media" feature of Wordpress - of course, you will have to upload it first.

Please provide us with your hosting environment settings, to do that please follow these steps:
1) Go to the Wordpress > Tools > Site Health http://prntscr.com/nlyb22
2) Click at the “Info” on the top of the page and open the “Server” tab http://prntscr.com/nlybm2
3) Take a screenshot of the content inside that ‘Server’ tab http://prntscr.com/nlybyr
Please make sure you are using Wordpress 5.2 or later, previous versions did not have this option built in.

Please use snag.gy or pasteboard.co to host the screenshot and send us the link to it.

3,4,5) Why? This "Remove Upload" link does not work?

Did you test it with all of the plugins disabled?

8,9) Please, contact your hosting provider and ask him about increasing the "PHP_Max_Input_Vars" value to 5000.

After that, your section will stop disappearing.
