Custom CSS for Divider

...how can I set the divider-color to #999?
I tried  >> .hrs-divider { color:#999;} <<  but ist doesn't work!?

Hello,

You don't have to use the Custom CSS to change the divider(HR).

It can be easily changed in the Theme Options > Colors> Content - exactly, the "Hr color" setting
