SOCIAL buttons are not displayed!

I will not see any SOCIAL button on my homepage!

Hi,

1) If you want to display the "Social Bar" in the Footer, please go to the Theme Options > Footer and change the "Copyright & Social Bar" to "Default"

2) To display socials in the header, you have to enable the "Action Bar" feature in the Theme Options > Menu & Action Bar > Action Bar

Remember, only filled socials will display in these places.

You can fill them with links to your social page in Theme Options > Social

hey,

sorry Pablo must have misunderstood you. You do not have a social icon menu in the footer because you have replaced it with your own custom menu.

If you go to wordpress admin > appearance > menus > manage location (tab) you will see that the "social menu bottom" is replaced, set it to default.

why my acion bar options doesn`t show an option to 'enable' the action bar itself. all i see is this: http://prntscr.com/ozh7zr

Your theme is way too old.

Here is an instruction on how to update the theme:
http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#general
Theme updates will not delete your content unless you have changed the
files directly in which case we suggest using a child theme.
We also recommend creating a backup file.
Please remove the theme completely from your theme folder and install a
fresh copy. Do not overwrite files.

that's weird because i've just downloaded the theme files (on themeforest) and installed it a week ago.

i haven't changed any files, either

That is ineed weird, maybe you have some server side cache or cache plugins that did not change it.

Did you install it as a new theme or did you update an old version?

If you disable cache and this still does not help, please send us your wordpress admin login and password so we can check it.

We are very sorry but there was a theme update regarding the action bar which we did not know, the screenshot you have sent is correct and the version is fine.

You just have to select where to display the action bar so the icons appear, see screenshot:

ok, thank you. unfortunately, using the header in the bottom like im using, the action bar is messing the design. you guys should have an option to have the social icons inside the header in the same line as the menu

The Action Bar is independent of header, there is no option to display social icons inside the header.

The Social Menu will not show in the Footer, because you created content and assigned it as "Social Menu Bottom"

You would have to remove or reasign that menu to be not "Social Menu Bottom"

Thanks for the quick reply. So there's no way to keep the two links as well as the social icons in the footer? GDPR law requires those links to be in the footer, so I can't get rid off them.
