Menu appearance

I am still having a problem with the menu’s appearance.  The only menu link that shows is the active
pages link.  If you mouse over the other
links they appear.  I would like all links to always show and when you mouse over a link to have a line to appear beneath it.

Where do you do that?

I do not understand at all.

Your links are there, even if they are not hovered, you just selected the color which is not clearly visible there.

Change the color of "Link color" in Theme Options > Colors > Menu
