menu not working

i've notice that when i clicked the title word of the menu it wont toggle down, when i click the + sign icon on the left side, it toggles to display the dropdown menus.

the whole menu area should be clickable to toggle the drop down menu, why this only works on the + sign icon on your theme? how to fix this?

Hello,

it is no supposed to work that way because the parent of the dropdown menu can be a normal page link. The theme offers only to click on the "+" icon and this is not a malfunction.

If we would make it that the whole link is clickable, then other ussers would say that this is a malfunctio.
