I have version 17.8.6, when I update it's breaks some things (Using Child Theme)

Hi,

I am giving support to a customer with a website created with BeTheme, it's using a child theme too.
My customer was unmanaged for a long time so BeTheme was not updated during this period. Now, I want to keep the website updated but when I apply updates the design breaks.

Can I have support regarding this issue? Could you fix it for a fee?

    Hey,
    there are some changes that have been made to the theme, and the child theme as well.
    We would suggest you switch to the parent theme first, disable all plugins and update, then clear your browser cache, since a lot of files have been modified.
    If the parent theme works fine then it means there is a problem in the child themes custom code.
